You need to be 18 or older to use this site, submit a form, or book an appointment. Submitting any form on this site confirms that you are, and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Everything on this site is general information, not medical advice, and reading it doesn't make you a patient. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Results vary from person to person, and no treatment is recommended for you until Samantha Cormier has assessed you in person.
Submitting a form or a quiz is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We may decline or reschedule where it's clinically appropriate. Any prices mentioned on this site are illustrative. Your plan is always quoted to you before treatment begins.
Our forms offer two separate SMS consents, each with its own checkbox. The first covers messages about your enquiry, your appointment and your aftercare. The second, entirely optional, covers marketing and promotional messages such as offers and skin tips. Marketing consent is collected separately and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving care. You may tick either, both, or neither.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Opting out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT or REVOKE at any time to stop all messages. You'll get a single confirmation: “Seymour Beauty Aesthetics: You're unsubscribed and won't receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
Getting help. Reply HELP or INFO and you'll receive: “Seymour Beauty Aesthetics: Need help? Reply to this text or call (337) 205-4843. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
By using this site you accept that we set first-party cookies and use analytics as described in our Privacy Policy. You can change or withdraw that at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer, including deleting everything this site has stored on your device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out of sharing for advertising, automatically.
The chat box gives pre-written answers to common questions and is not medical advice, not a booking, and not a secure channel. Do not use it for anything urgent, and do not send clinical detail through it. Sending a question through it does not create a provider-patient relationship. If you leave your number, Samantha will reply by text; ticking a consent box there is optional and you will get an answer either way.
Don't use the site unlawfully, don't try to gain unauthorised access to it, don't scrape it, and don't interfere with how it runs.
The content on this site, meaning text, photography, layout and branding, belongs to Seymour Beauty Aesthetics LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
We link to third parties such as our booking platform, CareCredit and our skincare supplier. We're not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and can change. Financing through CareCredit is subject to their approval and their terms, not ours. Where a membership agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the membership agreement governs.
Reviews shown on this site are the genuine words of real clients and describe their individual experience. They aren't a guarantee that you'll get the same outcome, and they aren't paid for.
